• 300g plain flour<\/li>\n
• 3 eggs<\/li>\n
• 2 tbsp of oil<\/li>\n
• 50g melted butter<\/li>\n
• 600ml milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Method<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • In a salad bowl, place half of the flour and add the eggs one by one, then add the milk.<\/li>\n
  • Mix slowly and add the rest of the flour to form a very soft and silky mixture<\/li>\n
  • Add the melted butter and oil<\/li>\n
  • Let stand for an hour.<\/li>\n
  • Then the dough is ready to cook!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Tip of the Chef<\/strong> : add a 2 tbsp of cold water to make the dough even lighter\u2026<\/p>\n
